GENERAL QUESTIONS
When is payment due?
Your down payment (deposit) it due when you book. The remaining balance is due one week before your event.
What is the cancellation policy?
Please cancel 30 days or more in advance of your event date to receive a full refund of your deposit and 14 days in advance of your event date to receive back half of your deposit. We are happy to reschedule your booking within our available dates and apply your full deposit to the new date.
Will I need to clean up after my event?
We ask that you fold up any tables and chairs that you used and put them in the designated closets, and all trash and food waste be placed in the provided trash bins.
There is a $25 Cleaning Fee due when you book your date.
When can I set up and tear down my event?
Your booked time includes both set up and clean up. We will give you access to the event space at the start of your reserved time, and ask that everything be cleared out by the end of your booking. Additional hours can be reserved when you book your event.
What hours are available for booking?
Monday through Thursday 9 am to 10 pm
Friday and Saturday 8 am to 11 pm
Sunday 11 am to 9 pm
Is there on-site parking?
There is a convenient parking lot directly outside the building of Events of Bellbrook, including accessible parking.
Do you offer catering or any services?
- You are welcome to use any vendor for your event.
- For your convenience, Seasoned With Love Catering is located next door to us.
- We have basic neutral decor, but you are free to decorate.
What is the capacity and table set up?
There are tables and chairs to seat up to 80 guests. This includes 7 sixty inch round tables with 8 chairs and 3 eight ft tables with 8 chairs.
Do you offer any discounts or coupons?
From time to time we offer coupon codes on our home page or on our social media.
Ask us about special discounts for non profits, community groups, and school groups.
